This is an unpaid work-trade position, but all interns receive the following benefits. We can also work with your university to coordinate university credit.

B Corporation Internship

Learn what it takes to run a socially minded co-working space!

The B Corps Operations internship will teach you the ins and outs of operating a business with a social mission. In business not everything that can be counted counts and not everything that counts can be counted, but we need your help to pick out those key analytics that will help us better serve our entrepreneurial community. This intern will work closely with the HQ Staff to help facilitate changes in procedures, policies and protocols at HQ Raleigh.


As the B Corporation intern you will help HQ stay on track with its B Corp status. This means helping us continue the social and environmental practices we have in place, while also informing us on ways we can improve these areas.


Sustainability, environmental science, social work, diversity, entrepreneurship majors would be a great fit for this position. We need someone who is very detail oriented, self motivated and good at time management.


Venue Coordination Internship

Gain experience with events, marketing, and communication

Help coordinate and communication our weekly programming, meet with event rental clients, create layouts, execute immense customer service at HQ. Weekly programming at HQ includes member events, conference room rentals, networking events and new company launches, as well as weddings, bridal showers, birthday parties, and everything in between!


You will help coordinate and implement events, work alongside event coordinator to get a first hand look on running a venue that hosts weddings, parties, showers, corporate, and entrepreneurship events, run the Cannon room instagram, curate blog posts, use the CRM system to organize contacts and track events and update our website’s event calendar.


Anyone looking for experience in multiple fields, this internship will dabble in a few specialties and will be tremendous experience. The best majors could be, but are not limited to; communication, hospitality, or parks and recreation, marketing. We are looking for someone who is organized, efficient, self-motivated and an excellent communicator.


HQ Raleigh Marketing Internship

Help us continue to showcase the entrepreneurial community and make Raleigh one of the top 5 cities for entrepreneurship in the country!

Help us build our communication platform for HQ Raleigh. Interview some of the hottest new ventures in the area, track the success of local entrepreneurs and help us come up with creative new ways to promote events, programming and company highlights.

This internship will focus on the HQ Community brand. We are growing and expanding all the time so our marketing network should be as well.


You will write blog posts and newsletters, maximize outreach on Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn and Facebook, conduct interviews with entrepreneurs, and assist in the creation of promotional material. Marketing interns will also assist in optimizing our branding and SEO, and growing our followers and engagement levels.


Seniors in communication, marketing, business, journalism or design majors are a great fit for this position. We are looking for someone who is creative, driven, self motivated and has strong writing skills. Video, photography, design, SEO, and google analytics skills are a plus!


Sales Internship

Get a first hand look into the sales processes of entrepreneurial real estate

The sales internship will teach you the ins and outs of customer service, sales language, and closing the deal. This intern will partner with the Sales Manager to give tours of current and future locations, meet with some of Raleigh’s hottest startups, and assist in the improvement and growth of our sales process.


As the sales intern you will give tours, input and organize leads in CRM system, manage lead database, communicate with leads, close deals, work on suite and event contracts, and assist in the execution of onboarding new members. You will also brainstorm with Sales Manager on ways to improve sales process, and learn impeccable customer service.


Anyone interested in growing communication skills, gaining unparalleled experience, and working in the Triangle’s entrepreneurial hub.  We need someone who would consider themselves a people person, is very detail oriented, self motivated, and extremely good at time management.
